Natasha Dharshi (She/Her) M.Cog.Sci., MSW, RSW
As a traveler of many roads, I have encountered several human beings, each a story
with their own aspirations, tribulations, memories and life philosophies. I look
forward to walking alongside you in trusting your inner knowing, intuition, and
learning how to connect with yourself before others. I am here to support you in
illuminating the skills you already have, enhancing them to be even more effective
and shining light on some new ones that you can pick up along the way.
I use therapeutic frameworks specifically curated to help you create synergy
between the distraction that often consumes our everyday lives and how we wish to
authentically show up in the world for ourselves and those around us.
With several years of experience in the field of social work, my path has graciously
allowed me to work alongside individuals, adolescents, couples, families, BIPOC
folks and those experiencing chronic pain and illness.
I understand that seeking therapy can be one of the most difficult decisions in your
life but the outcome can change the lens in which you experience the world. I am
looking forward to being part of your journey of finding love, grace, kindness and
strength from within.
