Dr. Griselle Leon

Family Physician, Co-Founder

Dr. Griselle Leon is a family physician and co-founder of Bloom Institute of Mental Health & Wellness. Her clinical interests include mental health, women's health, hormone health, nutrition, and preventive medicine. She completed her medical degree and Family Medicine residency at the University of Calgary and began her career in comprehensive family practice before focusing more deeply on mental health and lifestyle-based approaches to care.

At Bloom, Dr. Leon provides medical and mental health assessments for individuals participating in the clinic's psychedelic-assisted therapy program. She also works with patients on integrative approaches to health, including lifestyle, nutrition, and hormonal factors that influence mood, energy, and overall well-being.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking, dance, gym workouts, cycling, skiing, and yoga. She also loves to travel, cook, paint, and unwind with a good show or movie.
