Shelniel Bostic is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practising since 2013. With a holistic and highly individualized approach to massage therapy, Shelniel draws from a broad range of therapeutic techniques to create sessions tailored to each person’s needs, comfort, and goals. Her approach recognizes that physical tension, stress, movement, and overall well-being are often interconnected. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to support the release of muscular tension and discomfort, improve mobility and range of motion, promote relaxation, and help clients feel more comfortable and connected within their bodies. As an integrative practitioner, Shelniel incorporates a diverse range of modalities and techniques, including: Swedish and therapeutic massage Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Integrated Manual Therapy Physio Emotional Release (P.E.R.) techniques Shiatsu Reiki Reflexology Thai table yoga techniques and targeted muscle stretching Shelniel has completed nearly 1,850 hours of continuing education beyond her Massage Therapy degree, reflecting her commitment to ongoing learning and a deeper understanding of holistic bodywork.
