Shared Pathway Program
A bridge between the therapy they trust and the treatment they need.
A collaborative care model
The Shared Pathway Program is a collaborative care model designed to support therapists in providing Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy for their clients within a medically supervised environment. It bridges the gap between community-based psychotherapy and safe, evidence-informed psychedelic-assisted care — partnering licensed mental health professionals with Bloom’s clinical medical team.
Clients remain connected to the therapist they know and trust throughout their healing journey, while receiving medical oversight from our experienced healthcare team. Therapeutic alliance is one of the strongest predictors of treatment outcomes, and the Shared Pathway model preserves it
